Ryan is an associate in the Land Use and Zoning practice group.
Prior to joining Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco, Ryan worked for a boutique real estate firm in Philadelphia, where he focused on condominium and HOA governance and zoning, through representing some of the largest condominium associations in Philadelphia. Ryan also spent more than two years clerking for the Honorable Gary S. Glazer in Philadelphia Commerce Court, which had jurisdiction over complex commercial disputes. While clerking, Ryan gained extensive experience in contract and statutory interpretation through disputes involving general contractors and their subcontractors, banks and their commercial clients over loan agreements, and condominium associations and their members.
Ryan received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University, where he earned several oral advocacy awards as a member of the moot court and trial teams. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics from Ursinus College, where he competed as a member of the baseball and swimming teams.
