Janel is an associate in the Business and Real Estate Law Group.

Prior to joining Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco, Janel was a corporate attorney at a firm in Doylestown, where she provided legal counsel on corporate, transactional, and real estate matters. Janel also clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Mellon at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Janel advises clients on corporate governance, compliance, commercial transactions, has negotiated complex real estate transactions, and has advised clients regarding leasing, financing, and development issues. Her ability to integrate legal and business strategies allows her to help clients maximize their investments while mitigating risk.

Janel earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, where she distinguished herself as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and received the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Professor Louis Del Duca Memorial Award in Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Science, cum laude, from The Pennsylvania State University.
