The Telecommunications Practice Group of Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco consists of dedicated attorneys and paralegals who are committed to assist clients with the substantial challenges they face in securing entitlements to enable the rapid deployment, evolving industry and upgrades of their wireless and wired networks. Our clients range in size from start-up companies to major publicly-traded corporations, and include the major wireless providers, tower companies and back-haul service providers. The Telecom Group’s professionals have substantial experience representing clients in diverse matters supporting the specific needs of the telecommunications industry, including zoning, permit expediting, leasing, property title issues, site evaluation and site acquisition, ordinance drafting, litigation and litigation strategy in federal, state and local courts and administrative agencies, and counseling on governmental and media affairs. We also provide advice on changes in laws, regulations, and policies and on how those changes affect our clients’ interests.

The Telecom Group has represented providers throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. We have successfully represented clients in hearings for thousands of sites for projects as varied as new launch build-outs, deployment of broadband Wi-Fi multipoint networks and Wi-Max networks, DAS networks, UMTS and LTE upgrades and spec tower build-outs.
