Themis Galanos

Themis is an associate in the Real Estate practice group.

His practice is focused on helping guide clients through a broad range of legal transactions which includes coordinating real property acquisitions and sales through the date of closing, negotiating corporate leases and providing guidance with regard to local and state regulations. Prior to joining Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco, Themis worked for national corporate law firms in Philadelphia and Wilmington where he helped clients, land developers, engineers and government officials in both transactional real estate and land use matters.

Themis earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School where he competed as a member of the Transactional Law Society. During law school, Themis also clerked for the Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman and the Delaware Department of Justice where he was exposed to regulatory interpretation and application with regard to landlord-tenant law. Themis earned his Bachelors of Art in History with a minor in International Business from West Chester University.
