Sean Livesey is a real estate attorney who focuses his practice on zoning and land use matters.
Sean prides himself on his ability to successfully lead clients through the often complex zoning and land use entitlement process from inception to construction. A strong and persuasive advocate, he is experienced in handling litigation over disputes involving real property and business interests. He also has a wealth of experience in real estate litigation and tax assessment appeals. Sean likewise is an effective negotiator and is well-versed in the sharp drafting so often needed in transactional matters.
Having previously practiced in both Philadelphia and Montgomery County, he routinely represents developers, builders, business owners and other landowners across southeastern Pennsylvania.
Sean received a JD/MBA from the University of Richmond, where he also received an undergraduate degree. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
