Bob is an experienced land use and real estate attorney who has many years of experience in helping clients understand and overcome the hurdles of obtaining development entitlements and navigating the complexities of real estate transactions.

Bob has worked with many property owners and  developers in obtaining successful results allowing development projects to move forward on time and on budget.  Bob has familiarity with many of the municipalities in the area having appeared with clients on numerous projects throughout the region.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Widener University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
