Ed Hollin Recognized with “Most Significant Flex Lease” Award in Chester County

Ed Hollin, a shareholder at Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco, was recognized for his role representing The Hankin Group in negotiating a transaction which was recognized as the “most significant flex lease” in Chester County at the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment (CII) Council’s Annual Meeting & Luncheon on April 20.

This transaction involved a flex lease for 41,557 square feet at 260 Sierra Drive in Eagleview, Exton, Pennsylvania, valued at $14.1 million.  Jack Purcell, Vice President of Commercial Sales and Leasing at The Hankin Group, represented the owner in the transaction.
